About Veligraph

African health infrastructure data is scattered across dozens of registers, portals and PDFs, in four languages, at wildly different vintages. Veligraph rebuilds it into one register you can actually use.

We track 255,963 facility records across 53 countries: hospitals, health centres, clinics, pharmacies and labs, each with its source and vintage on the record. The method is public on the methodology page, the numbers are framed honestly as what we track rather than national totals, and anomalies are flagged instead of edited.

The register powers the free portal, an API with FHIR R4, bulk licensing, and custom mapping and verification projects for organisations working on the ground.
