beds / doctors / nurses_midwives | As recorded in the national register; anomalies are flagged, never edited |
laboratory / imaging / pharmacy / ambulance | On-site service as registered (Yes / No / blank if unrecorded) |
license_status / operational_status | Regulatory and operational standing as registered |
lat / lng | WGS84 coordinates where geocoded |
The full extract adds the remaining attributes (staffing by cadre, contact details, ward-level location, provenance and vintage per record) and covers all 255,963 records. See getting access or ask about a full extract.
